'Berry Good'
1-2 teaspoons of Naturya Acai Berry Powder,
A hand full of blueberries, (or your favourite fruit)
2 bananas,
1-2 teaspoons of Physillium Husk,
1-2 teaspoons of Grated coconut,
1-2 teaspoons Pukka Vitalise Organic Bio Nutrients Powder, (optional)
and a sploosh of Rice/Soya Milk.
